I was out of commission yesterday. After a 2:40 AM call time, on the set of an Indie Film called "PRANK" and then getting home in time only to change clothes and get to Jackson Park to work a full day with a group of 8 year olds, I was wiped out. Got home from work at about 6:00 PM and went to bed. JUST WOKE UP this morning at 8:15 AM feeling weird, but, rested. I will get on track of The 28-Day Core & Abs Challenge TODAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
