Increasing my workout levels!

Did my morning cardio, a little over 30 minutes on my treadmill at 3.0 incline and 2.5 speed. Once I create my playlist of uptempo music and then a few wind down songs, I'm going to increase my incline to 5.0, my speed to about 3.0 - 3.5 and my time from 30 minutes to about 1 hour. Have also been weight training and cross training on the weekends with my Personal Trainer. Will add cross training to my morning workouts at home! FEELING GREAT!
