"WORKPLACE STAIR EXERCISE GROUP"


I'm attempting to start a "WORKPLACE STAIR EXERCISE GROUP" at my job in an attempt to get in 5-10-15-20-30 minutes of cardio per day by doing the stairs. This group goes into effect on Monday, February 8th. If you don't hear from me for awhile, call Mercy Hospital and ask if they have a Michele Brock admitted!
