The snack list came from the Jackson Park Summer Camp's INTERNATIONAL DAY event. Thus, the small list of items that I've listed were all SAMPLE portions, except for the guacamole that was made from scratch by Andria Frink! She put both her feet in that guacamole with the fresh avocados, tomatoes, onions, and my favorite ingredient, cilantro!
Was so worn out yesterday that I fell asleep before I could fix myself some dinner.
Going to do a little shopping this weekend so my actual meals will be more of what they should be. I'll also be starting the following on Sunday:
