In the following CNN video, they do not say DON'T eat the Dirty Dozen. They say that the Dirty Dozen have higher concentrations of pesticides residue, even after power washing. Therefore, BUY ORGANIC. Thus, fruits listed in the Dirty Dozen are "great antiinflammatories", just buy organic. Those items listed on the Clean Fifteen, it isn't necessary to buy organic because you peel the outer layer of that produce. Not confusing at all. Very meticulously explained, in my humble opinion.
