Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated® Lambda Alpha Omega Chapter and
AKA-Lade Foundation will host the second annual Community Awareness Fair to connect youth and families with small business and resource organizations. Our goal is to bring focus to health, economic security, poverty, and social justice and human rights by connecting communities, organizations and small businesses to support one another.
Bring the entire family out for the following:
*Free health screenings
*Workout demonstrations
*Healthy cooking demonstrations
*Home-buying workshop
*Resume writing workshop
*Activities for children
*Resources for seniors
*Shopping with small-business vendors
*Free raffles
Also:
FREE back-to-school supplies to the first 100 students!!!
(must have a school ID and be accompanied by an adult)
Please bring new or gently-used gym shoes to donate to “Share Your Soles.”
