CURRENT WEIGHT: 233 lbs.
GOAL WEIGHT: 129 lbs.

This is me at age 26. My goal is to get back down to this weight, but, add muscle so that my physique is more defined. I want to be healthier and more fit than I was at age 26.

I WILL ACCOMPLISH MY PERSONAL HEALTH AND FITNESS TRANSFORMATION GOALS, SOONER RATHER THAN LATER!
