* Walked 8 blocks round trip to and from Jackson Park.
* Provided 2 1/2 hours of instruction trying to teach a few of my 8 year old summer campers a Greek Step Show Routine in preparation for their End of Summer Camp Showcase. It was hard for them to catch on, but, I got a total workout! LOL
* Worked out at Jackson Park's Fitness Center.
