I have gone from weighing 239 lbs. to 233 lbs.

I started my Personal HEALTH & FITNESS TRANSFORMATION Journey on July 14, 2013 (took the pictures on July 28, 2013). With only "some" effort, primarily in watching my daily nutritional food and beverage intake and with very little exercise, I have gone from weighing 239 lbs. to 233 lbs. That's a total loss of 6 lbs of fat.

I can just imagine what my results will be when my daily nutritional food and beverage intake becomes CONSISTENTLY ON POINT and when I add approximately 30-60 minutes of exercise (aerobic and weight training) daily!
