An investment towards my new and healthy lifestyle!

This BACKPACK COOLER along with the FREEZ PAK is going to be essential to me being able to store and carry my meals with me everywhere I go.

Tonight, on my way to work, I am going to stop at Mariano's and pick up their KALE 🥬 SALAD made fresh daily in the deli, along with some FRUITS and VEGETABLES from the produce section.

I'm figuring out this new healthy lifestyle as I go and I am taking it one day at a time.
