GOAL: To TRANSFORM MY BODY - Tone, Lose Body Fat, and Sculpt my physique. I turn 59 years old this year. So far, I have NOT been growing older gracefully. Right now, I am a hot mess, but I got myself here, I have to be the one to get myself out. I BELIEVE with all of my heart and soul that with Luther and Kathy’s guidance and my obedience in following their directives without deviation, I can SUCCEED IN FLIPPING THE SCRIPT from my current anti-transformation to a transformation of MY DREAMS AND MY BEST SELF.
